OEM Service
Provide your drawings, designs, or samples, and we will strictly follow your specifications for mold creation, production, and shipment. This is suitable for brands with established designs.
ODM Service
Simply provide your product concept and functional requirements, and we will assist you with product appearance and structural design, engineering optimization, mold development, and mass production from scratch. This is ideal for startups or new product development needs.
Custom Options
Colors: Standard black, white, and silver, or custom Pantone colors
Surface Finish: Powder coating, electroplating, anodizing, matte finish, brushed finish, sandblasting, and polishing are available.
Packaging: Neutral kraft cartons, color boxes, blister packaging, and foam insert packaging.
Branding: Product logos can be screen-printed, laser engraved, metal nameplates, or color labels. Printed logos and branding are also available.
Accessories: Screws, gaskets, remote controls, manuals, installation tools, and data cables can be flexibly combined to meet product needs.
Structure and Specifications: Customizable dimensions, wall thickness, mounting hole locations, interface types, and heat dissipation vent design are available.
Material Options: Various grades of zinc alloy (such as Zamak 3/5) and aluminum alloy (such as ADC12 and A380) are available.
Requirement Communication
Customers can provide product drawings, functional specifications, and appearance requirements, or simply provide a reference sample. We will clarify their needs.
Process Evaluation
Our engineering team conducts 3D modeling and mold flow analysis based on customer requirements to assess the part's suitability for die casting and make necessary structural optimizations. The results and recommendations are then submitted to the customer for approval.
Trial Mold Production
Our in-house mold processing center is responsible for precision mold manufacturing. After the trial mold is completed, we provide physical samples for functional verification and assembly testing to ensure that the product meets expectations before mass production.
Process Confirmation
We conduct small-batch trial production to verify the proper operation of each process step. Based on this, we develop formal work instructions (SOPs), quality inspection specifications, and assembly procedures.
Mass Production
We utilize automatic die-casting machines and precision CNC machining equipment for mass production, equipped with CMMs, spectrometers, X-ray machines, and other equipment for full quality control.
Packaging and Shipping
We complete spray painting, plating, or other surface treatments as required, and ship the parts with unified accessories and packaging. We support delivery methods such as EXW, FOB, and CIF.
